 U PLAN also provides clients with a convenient, quick and cost effective range of internet based design services.
The email and web based service is ideally suited to small Development and Building Applications, new or existing home landscape plans, small council or agency reserves and many other small area but significant design projects.
This creative service is for a set fee of $935 with a quick turn around as projects are normally completed within 2 weeks. We welcome client liaison, but agency, stakeholder or community consultations and site inspections are not included within this cost. All are available for an extra charge..
For multiple residential sites within an estate or other planned development, U PLAN provides two options of individual home/lot landscape design packages. The Developer Garden Kit for $295 per lot, or the Developer Landscape Pack for $495 per lot.
Both packages provide new home or lot purchasers (builders, investors or residents) with a practical landscape design package specific to each lot, home design and the estate, the packages vary in the level of lot purchaser consultation and design development options. |
